placed order 5813186 to heartland america which included item no.6939, a welbilt convection bread machine.

inquired via e-mail about item 6939 which was supposed to be in back order. was informed, via e-mail that it was not longer available.

at the post office in clarkdale -i do not have mail delivery at the house- there was a package from heartland, a sunbeam breadmaker which i had not ordered, and charged my credit card $44.99.

requested explanation from heartland, they stated that the one i had ordered was no longer available, which i already knew from my previous inquiry.

2/15/2000
i requested to cancel my membership and refund the charge of $29.99 to my credit card on 1/31/2000; to cancel my last order of 2/11/2000 and to send for the breadmaker at my house address.

2/17/2000
my credit card was charged $252.92 and $31.49 the following day.

a refund from heartland to my credit card for $250.93, no explanation.
