Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
ordered cabnets counter top and install lation which they want all paid up front before they start so have no hold on them if they are not completing project. asked for regional mang name got same story would not give to me. the installer company that home depot used are subbing to another company who is watching the job???? for almost 9,000 to install and sheet rock alitte. looks terrible and electric not happy and still waiting for them to return to complete. no comunication......waiting on store mang to call will see. it would of been worth it to have another company do the kitchen not worth the hassell

friday the project mang never showed....like he forgot i called store mang and he had owner call us the project mang gave some excuse time got away and he was sick he only called because store mang called the office really after we had a case open on this through the customer service... ( native sons inc ) in catonsville md are the installers for homedepot.... long story short told the owner did not want the guyback in the house and give us a small refund and my husband will have to finish him self.

ok today the project mang is to be here to finish what he can like the vent in the cabnet toe kick so we can have heat/air none for 3 weeks....
got a call yesterday the extra moulding needed would not be in till april 20th. what is taking so long this was never addressed when installer left on the march 7th. This project mang better not come with a tude as he seems to have on the phone we will see , like we are wrong for calling and complaing they got there money so they dont care cust service terrible.
