HomeComing Financial used corrupt practices and forced me into foreclosure while living in Florida. I lost my home.

I became part of a class action lawsuit against HomeComing Financial and their foreclosure attorneys in 2006. The plaintiffs prevailed and at last notice the case was on appeal in January of 2007.

Does anyone know what has happened to this case?
