Homecomings Financial used to be my second mortgage on my home. They sold my mortgage to another financial institution that has been fabulous. Either way... 4 months after the sell of the loan, I was paying bills online (which I do every month) and accidentally hit their account instead of the new one. This was September 17th 2007. For the past YEAR, I have been trying to recover my money.... I have called, faxed, written letters and sent proof of payment taken from my account on SEVERAL occasions. They keep hanging up on me and NO ONE has responded to attempts to get me my refund....

They are avoiding me and they will not let me speak to a manger.. WHAT A SYSTEM!!!!
