Homecomings Financial Ripoff Overcharged on taxes and everything else they could tack on Dallas Texas

I too, have been dealing with this company. I filed bankruptcy, and wanted to re-affrim my martgage. I sent them a payment which they did not credit to my account. I have been charged over $300 a month escrow for $953 in taxes and $324 a year in homeowners insurance. Are they functional in math equations? Through my fiance having lung damage and sickness, and myself having a heart condition, we got behind due to medical bills, and they will NOT work with us what so ever. My lawyer even told me they are beginning to p*ss him off!! He's never seen anything like it, like they are behaving like a bunch of gangsters. They,too bought out our mortgage a few months after we bought the house, and raised our payment immediately. Now they are tacking so many charges on, I'll never, ever be able to get caught up. I am going to bankruptcy court at @ PM today, with printouts from this website in hand, if it does any good. I hope to save my home, but after what you poor people have been through, I really doubt that it will happen. We have 4 girls between the 2 of us, and I have no idea where we will go. The government really needs to do something about this kind of business practice. Otherwise, we'll be paying tax dollars for our own homeless shelters.
