I started having trouble with them in November 2002.
I was late in November and they sent me a letter stating I would be put in foreclosure if they did not receive payment.

I sent payment and they returned it to me. I called and called but never could get through to a person. Called so many times over and over. When I finally got someone the call was put through to a mortgage consultant. Which you get an answering machine. When I finally got through she said she was to help people to keep them from going into foreclosure.
I told her I have never went through anything like this.
She said she would work out a plan and call me back. Then she decided to go on vacation. Could not get hold of her for two weeks. So that held me up another month. She said homecomings would not receive any payments from me until she set up her plan. Somehow they come up to the plan of making me pay payments from September to January 2003. They took me for $8,261.72 in five payments.

When I request an itemization schedule of all the money I paid them, the company could not explain it to me. So they sent me a schedule and what it miscellenous expense. What is this? I just think one day they will have to answer to what they are doing to homeowners out here.
