Ever since I've been in bankruptcy they have given me and my lawyer different amounts of money I was in the arrears. Yesterday I recieved a letter from them saying they wanted to repo my car for nonpayment and I have made all payments since I entered bankruptcy. My lawyer recieved copies of my cancelled checks and bank statements.

The issue here is that my bankruptcy plan was for 2400 and according to them I am 256 dollars short which they say is interest. When my lawyer checked the proof of claim they never disputed the amount my lawyer entered. Please excuse my wording as I am extremely upset with this matter, this isnt the first time they violated the law. I was in bankruptcy protection and they still repoed my car.
