The Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA), 15 U.S.C. § 1125(d), is an American law enacted in 1999 and that established a cause of action for registering, trafficking in, or using a domain name confusingly similar to, or dilutive of, a trademark or personal name. ACPA covers "registering, trafficking in, or using a domain name with bad faith intent to profit from the goodwill of a trademark belonging to someone else. The cybersquatter then offers to sell the domain to the person or company who owns a trademark contained within the name at an inflated price."
I owned this domain name for 10 years, my credit card was stolen and my bank accounts closed - when the domain expired hugedomains.com purchased it for $10.99 and it was for sale for $1295 and now is $695. The domain is my own name. I am contacting an attorney as their sales department is un-responsive and wants a ridiculous amount of money. They are "squatting" on the name.

Can you reach out to the Denver BBB, tell them you're trying to reach another victim, and leave your contact information? Or share the domain name here?
The other option would be to send an email to Ripoff Reports fron the email address you signed up with asking them to give you my email address.
Thank you.
