Advertised with this company for years. Then in 2006 tried to cancel. Was told to late.....it was already in print(yellow pages). Told to cancel next year by October, because book went to print In January.
So I called in September 2007(it was done by Verizon back then)....they cancelled the ad.
Then in a few months I get a bill from Idearc Media....told that they took over advertising & billing for Verizon. To late book went to print, had to pay for another year!!! NO WAY...
I told them I canceled in September & they said if Verizon confirmed that, they would cancel... I CALLED verizon and they confirmed it...
A few months go by....another bill....then a new bill each month... I called & sent certified letters etc... I e mailed via there web sight....
Got a notice back that the book went to print in November and I needed to cancel by August!!! So woops I was to late!! NO WAY...I told them this was a scam, they just keep pulling dates out of the air!!! Now it has gone to TWO collection agencys!!! CRAZY HELP ANYONE???
