I absolutely depise this company idearc... those in charge of running it should all be behind bars! They are nothing more than criminals.

First of all, we are almost certain that they got my husband's cell phone number from a work ad that we placed on Craigslist because everytime we placed the ad, that's when they would call.... which on Craigslist there is an option box that you can check off if it is NOT Ok for Businesses to do this. I mean my husband was advertising for work... NOT trying to buy advertising... and these people kept hounding him!

My husband told them repeatedly that we could not afford any advertising but somehow the agent deceived him into entering a contract over the phone of which my husband did not understand what he was agreeing to and now we just received the first bill of $495.00 for one month!! We naturally were very shocked, and to say that I was angry...puts it mildly.

We have called and explained that my husband did not want to purchase any advertising service from them but they refuse to cancel and said that whether we pay this month's bill or not that they will keep sending one each month...because we told them we will not send them one dime! The agent on the phone tricked my husband into a contract and we have not signed anything.

From the complaints I have been reading over the internet this is apparently a common practice with this company. I cannot understand how this company continues to get away with this.... How many people have to report the same thing about a company before they are made to stop. This company is ripping off their customers.... and also uses Deceptive, Fraudulent practices to gain new customers that did not even understand that they had become a customer.
