Identity Theft Protection I applied for a payday loan and since they had my account information they charged me for some id theft service that is attached to there applying for a loan. They charged my bank account and will not give me a refund Internet

I applied for a loan for a payday loan. I did not qualify for the loan so never received one. Once this company had my account information they charged me money for a id protection service. I did not sign up for this and remember specifically opting out of this service. I was there to get a payday loan. So then they said they would refund my money and gave me a cancellation number.

Today I looked at their website after it had been more then two weeks and it stated that it wasn't considered fraud and would not be refunding my money. It is $31.00 but because I am trying to close that account out there was no money in there and the bank charged me $35.00 to process this. So they overdrew my account on a bogus charge.
