Identity Theft Protection Withdrew funds from my checking account after I declined there offer now 90.00 nsf at bank Internet

I went to lastchanceadvance.com for a payday loan, I was asked if I wanted Identity Theft protection and I declined. When I got my Bank statement I found Identity Theft protection had withdrawn $31.98 on 6/4/08 and $7.81 on 6/11/08 leaving me with $90.00 in nonsuffient funds for a total of $129.79 for something I declined to begin with. I have already indicated I would like an attorney to contact me if I do not hear anything on Friday 6/20/08 I will contact my attorney and I do expect to have the whole some of $129.79 put back in my checking account because I declined the offer right away. I did not ask for a free trial or anything at all from this so called company and I have know problem going to the newspapers, Media or anywhere else so this does not happen to anyone else.
