Imperial Majesty Cruiseline Vacations...the worst experience even before going to the cruise.absolutely nightmare..never recommend this company to no one..they sell the package and dont even care about cutomer satisfaction Fort Lauderdale Florida

I personally wanted to suprise my girlfriend with a nice vacation..by the time I got this "IMPERIAL MAJESTY CRUISE LINE VACATIONS"vacation voucher like all the other victims..I work for the same business;hospitality and tourism.I work in one of the hotels in florida. so I think customer satisfaction must be the first issue in this hand..I will write down my horrible experience for the others that plan on a NICE vacation not to make a big mistake if they think of a vacation with this company..

I called the custome service and they were nice and polite in the first time because this was the selling process,they treid hard to convince me that was the trip of my life.Finally I decided to get a cruise for me and my girlfriend for 2 nites and 3 days,which was gonna cost me about 120$..I was really happy that I got the deal and was gonna suprise my girlfriend..I told my girlfriend and I talked to my friends who worked in several cruiselines before ,when they heard about the name they got terrified and told me not to go on trip because nobody was satisfied...by the time I had to go back to my country for a while and I changed my decision to get my money back because I didnt even make a reservation for any specific date I just payed for the trip.

I called them when I told the person on the line I want my refund she wanted to transfer me to another line,this transfering process took ages as usual and finally I got an answer like I wont be able to get my refund BECAUSE they already payed for it to the other company...I called a few times to solve this problem but it wouldnt go any further than making me upset because they werent even talking politely and they didnt even care...it is maybe only 120$ according to all the ictims on this web page but it is not the money or cost I am complaining it is the service that they provide.

While I was on the phone I've been transferred to several people asking the reason taht I was calling so that I gotta tell everything from the beginning,it was already frustrating waiting on the line that long.
To sum up I didnt even go on cruise but already had enough of this company forget about getting my money back I was well pissed that the way they talked to me.
when selling a product everyone is so nice friendly as soon as they get your creditcard confirmation they are done with you they get what they want even nothing important for them after that moment ...this is "IMPERIAL MAJESTY CRUISE LINE VACATIONS"the nightmare that I had..i was not a big deal I was asking for,I didnt even book any vacation but my plans changed..so I decided to ask for refund..

so the bottom line is NOT ONLY SELLING THE SERVICE BUT ALSO TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY HAVE PROBLEMS which we call CUSTOMER SERVICE..thats all they would like to mention..hope it will be helpful for the other that plan on vacations...
