Upon receiving in the mail a voucher and notice of a free cruise, I contacted them the following day. To listen to an hour of BS and scam and try to tell me that I had to pay 798.00 for a 7 day in orlando and all the perks and the cruise would be $99 each port charges blah blah.
Finally had to hang up on them.
Then was told could get just the free cruise after confronted prior to hangin up and they said would be honored. So called the cruise direct from the website information I had to find on my own, thank you Google! And was scammed again $59.00 per person, and super rude and made durogatory comments about the BBB and insulting to me at which point I immediately hung up.
What a waste of oxygen, trees, and time and stamps for this scam!
Says call toll free 18005510234 to claim your FREE CRUISE!
As well I have filed with the BBB and their rating on this company is F! FAILED A FRAUD DO NOT USE!!!!!
Total scammers!

I am an Employee of this company you do not have to buy the package you can settle with the regular cruise for 59.00 dollars and that money goes to dear old uncle sam we make no money whatsoever off of it we do try to upgrade you to an outside cabin for an extra 99.00 dollars which we do make money off of that and for the 798 that is a whole other company charging you that i work directly for the company and we charge 498 so do not say it was us because if it was we keep an audio receipt of every sale we keep one and your bank/credit card company gets one Ramada is a fraud that is why as of march 9th 2009 we will no longer be associated with Ramada and we will have a better ship. before i joined the company i actually took the package and had a great time and actually the BBB loves us so the F is not an accurate statement
