Imperial Majesty Cruise Line Vacations Fraud, Lies, Rudeness Ft. Lauderdale Florida

I received a letter in the mail with a coupon booklet detailing I was eligible for 1 Free Cruise for 2 Adults and a Travel Voucher in the amount of $1300. It seemed iffy but I phoned to see what was up. The young who answered sounded really young and when I started asking questions about how they had gotten my information he danced around the question and answered that either they had gotten it through my place of business of because I travel. Funny thing is, my business wouldn't give out that kind of information, and I haven't traveled for many years outside of my province or Country. After googling and finding this site I read a portion of the testimonials listed here and questioned the validity of the offer. In passing I suggested that perhaps the young man on the other end of the phone not read from a script. I also questioned his age and his first response was that he was 28, and then 26 years old. When I read another testimonial to him about how someone was charged on his credit card for additional charges the 'manager' came on the phone and mentioned he was monitoring the call. When I mentioned I felt the offer was "Iffy" he suggested that perhaps the gentleman that had posted online was trying to get free items from them and that in doing business for 15 years that there may be people out there who are unsatisfied. He kept cutting me off when I was explaining my concerns and then hung up on me. For a company that is looking for good word of mouth supposedly as per in their script they sure were rude. I'm glad that I didn't get scammed here. And if this was or is indeed a legitimate operation then why was the first person lying about something as simple as his age?
