Imperial Majesty Cruise Line Vacations immoral rip-off 1 week before x-mas!! Ft Lauderdale Florida

I recieved a coupon in the mail after working a night shift for a free criuse. I opened it pretty excited knowing several people who get free vacations (but do sit throught a 2 hour speal about a timeshare) and wouldnt mind to give a little to get a little.

Well, I was on the phone for 2 hours setting this up suppose vacation, meanwhile i was still excited but had talked to 4 diffrent salespersons. I also was told 4 diffrent things that sounded to me like the same my deal was I thought 4 days 3 nights in ft lauderdale, 3 days 2 nights bahammas cruise and 3 days 2 nights in orlando with 2 tickets to universal studios with a total of 42 free meals, sounds good right? Well for 50.00 down and the rest paid before i could book my trip i was all for it at comfirmation a total of 498.00 would be billed to my visa and i would recieve my package in the mail book 60 days in advance. End of call now 3 hours later.

Well i called my husband excited about our trip, he said no, no money and he cant get vacation time from work. I called not even 5 minutes later to the customer service # and was told very rudely no refunds, yes igot mad and the lady hung up on me. I then called my bank to cancell payment, but was too late 498.00 was took from my account wich had only 80.00 to begin with so now im more mad. I called back several times to just be told 75% refund all im entitled to so well see, after seeing this site now im more nervous. i did file a complaint with the bbb, florida attorney gereral, and my bank. I was so mad I even called the ft lauderdale police. The bottom line - Whatever they said they did not say norefunds or that wouldve stopped me i knew i had to go over it with my husband in 5 min im missing 498.00 one week before x-mas and i have 2 small children theese people have no soul and what goes around comes around they will be in jail and on dateline or 20/20.
