I revieved a fax at work claiming unbelieveable prices for a weekend vacation. I decided I would treat myself for my birthday- which was in May. After sending money, forms and applications to 3 different companies almost 5 months later, I thought I would finally take a trip (not to where I originally wanted to go, which was Miami) to Las Vegas- I figured that was better than nothing for the now almost $600.00 I am now out of for a promised vacation for $150.00 per person. During the scandalous process with trying to book this vacation- my mother passed away form Cancer. I called Infinity to explain my situation since she passed during the 20 days I had to send in more paperwork & more money to the 3rd company. When I did not hear back form them after sending in the ID for both myself and the person whom was takign the trip with me..I called and was told, even though I sent in the paperwork in the alloted time ( I was given an extra five days -due to mothers passing (real generous!), I did not send it certified mail and I did not send the money due so I was screwed!I told her I never saw anythign about certified mail- which is ridiculous that I would have to pay for that on top of all the other BS, and I explained that the instructions were very unclear and confusing. I asked for the supervisor and was told they do not give out last names but the supervisor- "Courtney" will call me back. I am waiting for her call, but please know that I plan to take legal action against this company if I am not either refunded my money or given a trip to Vegas.

They honored their portion of the travel arrangements. But Waring to all! DOnt believe the fax that comes to your job boasting of a trip for $149.00. Its gonna cost you at least triple that. ANd it wont happen for months, by time the process goes from beginning to end.

Yes, you ae correct. I did speak to Courtney and she did offer to allow me to register for the trip again. The guidelines are to be questioned- having to send the money & certified mail cost money, andhaving to choose 60 90 and 120 days from now for a trip puts me either in the winter or next year, which is quite dissapointing because I originally wanted a trip to Miami for my birthday in May of this year. But, since you guys have lived up to your end I am willing to remove my post and repost about the company that really decieved me- which was Fun Travel, or something like that. Thank you for working with me.

Dear Yvette, After reviewing your records I noticed you spoke with Courtney yesterday on July 24th regarding your promotional certificate. Her notes indicate that this matter has been resolved. She has informed you on how to fill out your travel request form as well as advise you on how to send in your $100 refundable deposit since we have no money on file. The current status of your promotional certificate is active.I understand that you are frustrated with the process of a promotional travel certificate and having to adhere to terms and conditions is not always convenient for everyone, so I strongly encourage you to call in if you have ANY questions. If you we may be of further assistance to you regarding this matter please contact us by calling our Customer Service Department at 866-877-8050. We are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m Pacific Time. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
Sincerely,
Alex Carrington
