We sat through a high pressure presentation to buy a $10,000 dollar trip package - after informing the sales people we will not be buying it they became very angry and brusque with us - I admit we fell for the free cruise scam - we love cruises and the thought of a free cruise over rode our skeptism - We were promised a "free" 7 day cruise with airfare - as the fees kept piling up I finally said no more - all of the documentation has time limits on it - well I responded almost immediately that I wanted a refund - of course their time limits for refunds is considerably longer than what was given to us to respond.
My call today I was informed that refunds take 6-8 weeks to process - I will be counting down the days for this to occur. Please do not give these scammers your time or your money.
