ITP is a ripoff, they say they are unlimited and then change your acct to a business line and no one tells you until you find your cc has been charged, have had many convrsations with customer service and asking to speak to supervisors and billing with no response back, even the offer of free months of service again no response. This company is the worst i have ever seen for billing practices.
Another charges to my cc and they will be reported to the bbb for scamming people and also to charge how much they do when you sign up and not even tell you is a disgrace, wish i had never signed up with them.

ITP offers unlimited calling plans for residential use only. Account plans are not changed unless requested by the customer. If you were attempting to commit fraud by using the residential plan for your business, the system will detect it and charge accordingly. Upon signup, it distinctly states that the unlimited plans are for residential lines use only.
With regards to receiving a free month of service, ITP has various promotions where we offer 1 to 2 months of free phone service which is dependent on where you signup from. Promotions are automatically applied to your account.
