To address your concern, we do offer a Global Unlimited Plan, but that is only available for residential use only. Our system is built with various algorithms that look at call patterns to determine whether the phone is being used for a business or for residential use. Based on your call patterns, the system detected that you were using the phone service for a business. As you stated, the website says unlimited local and long distance. On the same page, it says Residential Global Unlimited.
