This company is one of the most fraudulent ever. My credit card number changed and I forgot to make the change on my auto debit. They continued to bill me even though I have had no service for 3 months and I get no emails and only one letter in the mail threatening to take my account to collections. Upon calling, I spoke with Two of the most rude customer agents who had no compassion or respect for customers. It is unbelievable that this company feels that it is fair to bill customers when they disconnect the service. I was sent to a voicemail line twice when asking to be put through to a manager. This company is a wretched scam and I highly recommend that noone use their services. You will eventually experience the same unethical and fraudulent treatment.

Who Is ITP?

For the past 6 to 8 weeks, ITP has been attempting to charge $9.99 to my Discover Card account. I do not know who this company is or how it got hold of my card account number. Each charge has been declined by Discover (thankfully) but the idea that a company with no connection to me or my family has acquired my card number and is attempting to extort money from me is very troubling.
I have read the various complaints and the rebuttal from ITP about their business practices and the company's response sounds like typical corporate double-speak. I wish they would leave me alone; I have never had any use for the services they provide. This is just one more example of how companies attempt to take advantage of people in the United States. I wish they would stop and look for a victim elsewhere.
