Jackson Hewitt False Advertisement/Hidden Fees Broken Arrow Oklahoma

According to the Jackson Hewitt customer service, tax prep starts at 38.00. Apparently that is for federal return, if you want to file your state return at the same time that will cost an additional 50.00. They also charge 150.00 to file EIC.  They also charge 50.00 for an assisted refund fee, still not sure what that fee is for.  They have numerous fees for this and that that quickly add up. They dont tell you about these fees untill it is to late. You have cheaper filing options that they dont tell you about because they want your money. Jackson Hewitt customer service says one thing, then employees in the store say something completely different. 

Bottom line is what starts out to be 38.00 can easily end up being $400 - $500.  They are very deceptive!
