Jackson hewitt MY FIRST AND MY LAST TIME DOING MY TAXES WITH JACKSON HEWITT New york, New York

This was my first time I went to jh to file my taxes.. I am self employeed and I have a dependent my daugther... When I first went it seem like a good place to do my taxes until today I checked on the irs website to see if my refund was approved and sure enough it was but it also said my refund will be sent to my bank... Bank??? I asked for my refund to be mailed I never asked for it to be sent to a bank account.. So I called jackson hewitt on 109st were I did my taxes to see what was that about. The lady that did my taxes never told me I would have to pick up my check at jh. So the person who picked up told me to go in march 27 after 6 when it said my $$ would b sent to pick up my check.. Lets see if they have my d**n money.. Has this happen to anyone else??
