Jackson Hewitt Hidden charges Ocala Florida

The wife and I sat down with a Jackson Hewitt agent to have our taxes done. First thing we asked is how they would like to be paid. Check or cash.

When they got to the part about payment they said nothing and kept filling out the forms.

After everything is done and signed they gave us the payment receipt or assisted refund. There is an additional $49.95 charge for this. We did not agree to this.We were going to pay out of pocket. Tried to get them to fix it and they said that there was nothing they could do about it. They really did not try.

They owe us $49.95.
