My wife and I filed with them for the RAL. The person told us that we were all good to go and we would have our RAL in one to two days. Well he lied. we called the number they gave us and it stated that the IRS had approved our return and the bank was reviewing our RAL. the next day the message read that our RAL was declined. We called he office here, They said we don't have that info call the bank . We called the bank , they said we do not talk about our underwriters and they would send us a letter. Our one day return will take 2weeks, I then called JH back asking them how they could say we would get our money in1 day if they had not checked with the bank. Also we never said they could run any credit check. Even at that w bought our home with no money down our 2009 dodge with no money down have no unpaid or late bills. When I try to print my tax return from theironline site it comes back the code is no good. Called them number they said they don't know and to call later, Call they corp and told them what was going on they told me call the store , that was a joke it rings in Texas , they were rude called 8 time got the Manger he sent me my return via email. They are still charging us for all of the services eventhough we have not gotten anything. They charge you to store your file online and do not give you a choice to have it done. All I can say is FRAUD .
