Janian and Associates never returns my phone calls and they haven't been honest with me / Glendale, California

About 5 months ago, Janian and Associates convinced me that they could modify my home loan and if they couldn't do it, I would get my money back. Ok, cool what do I have to lose right? Well,they asked me for all of my financial statements which I gave them. Then they sent all of my financial statements to qualify me for the Home Affordable? Huh? I was confused. I had sent the exact same forms to my lender. I let Janian and Associates know that I was not happy with this because to me this just a standard process that anybody could do. All you have to do is go online to "Making home affordable modification program" the rest will walk you through. I expected Janian and Associates to be a little more agressive with the negotiations. They told me to be patient and that negotiations will begin after all the paperwork is complete. (financial statements, Making home affordable forms,etc..) This must have taken at least a month maybe more. I would call Janian and Associates and the operator would take down my name but no one would call back. Finally, the gave a name of somebody who would be working on my case. But then she wouldn't return my phone calls or e-mails. Recently, a negoiator was assigned to my case but trying to get a hold  him was also VERY difficult. I found out about 2 weeks ago that my negoiator was no longer working with Janian and associates. No wonder why he never returned my phone calls and E-mails. I think I will now try to get my money back. If I can get hold of somebody. Hello, anybody!!!
