Jefferson Capital, majestic visa. Has tried to contact me several times but I've not been home. How do I get them to stop calling me. They told my husband that they sent a letter in the mail a few weeks ago but I have yet to get anything from them.

Do I just ignore them? What should I do? I'm just glad I went and looked them up on the Internet. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.Thank You,

Look up the FDCPA laws. Jefferson Capitol is a 3rd party collection agency so they are bound by all laws of the FDCPA. You need to send them a letter to sease and desist. Make sure you sign it and send it certified!
