Juniper Credit Card charge me late fees and interest on a bill they got the money back from the ventor no way to get anyone to listen to me about this error Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I had to give my credit card number to realarcade.com to get into it to download my games to a new computer, there was no way I could see to get in to get their number so I filled in the card number, then I got the number and called them and told them what happened, they said sorry for the problems and the $9.95 would be removed from my credit card and that they would send me an email telling me they took it off the bill, I didn't notify the credit card co. as I thought they would refund my money to the credit card, when the bill arrived it had the charge on it and I wrote to the bank to tell them what had happened and still no email from realarcade.com.

I thought the matter was taken care of till the credit company said I waited too long to report the problem. They added the interest to my card then, I again contacted the card company and said please close the acct. and the next bill had another charge on it from realarcade.com and I called them again, they said I would get an email about the problem being fixed. NO EMAIL. So far this has been going on since Sept. 2008, and now the bill is up to $257.75.

The credit card company is still trying to get their money I don't owe and bill me everymonth or call me and bug me, when I try to explain what is going on the don't want to hear it. Now what am I suppose to do about this problem?All I can say is they are rip off artists, I thought closing the acct. would stop the billings. I finally did get an email from realarcade, showing they gave the bank card the two payments they received.
