Keystone Dillon Kennedy , Leslie Carlino - several others Sold me a Merchant Processing Service that they were supposed to market for me and pay me a small percentage of the fees they charged the customers Phoenix (I think - not positive) Arizona

I was invited to become part of their Merchant Processing business - by paying for leads of businesses who were needing loans and were turned down by the banks.  They would work the leads and have them sign up to do their processing if they were eligible ( he explained they had certain standards and expectations about amounts the businesses sold per day, etc.) He (Dillon Kennedy) said that I could start with any amount I was comfortable with but for greater success, it would be best to invest a sizeable amount.  he mentioned that many clients started with $5 or $10 thousand but gradually made bigger investments later as they earned more.   I wanted to start small and see how it worked -  he agreed to take an initial investment of $4000 and that would get me 700 leads which they would call and work  - as well as get some of the traffic from their website to go to mine.  I was given a guarantee about how much I could make from each customer and told how long the loans usually went on so I would be making a percentage for up to 8 years.  I also would earn $500 from each account they set up  - and if there was more than one machine for processing I would get additional amounts for each one - like he said gas stations were good - because there would be $500 for each pump.  This was supposed to go on for many years and was going to be very lucrative - he gave me lots of high numbers which I doubted but thought even a small fraction of that would be very welcome.  I am a senior who is trying to build up my savings so I can retire some day and this was supposed to help.  Now I wish I had never believed him and I sure would like to get my money back.  I am in the process of disputing it with the bank that issued the card.
