I was unfiarly terminated by the Kroger Company on July 29th.  I am accused of creating a hostile work environment.  There has been kissing a*s by certain employees to get their way with management. 


The store manager does not give any time for both parties to explain their side of the situation before ruling a decision on whether or not to suspend them.  The store manager also coached employees to give their statements against the other employmees. 


I want everyone to know that the Kroger Company and the Union that is involved with them do not help the employee that needs help to keep their job and like to stab the employees in back.  I want to see actions taken against the Kroger Company and the UFCW Local 1059 in Columbus, Ohio.

The very fact that you gave absolutely no information concerning your own actions does you no credit.  In fact, it rathers goes to prove your guilt in this situation.  The way your post is written, you DEFINITELY look guilty !

the union didn't protect you, chances are...you were very guilty of creating a hostile work environment.  There is an entire process to go through before an employee can even be terminated and the union fights it to the end each time if the case is worth it.  The fact you were canned.....speaks volumes.


Based on your complaint, I could only come to the conclusion you were terminated with sufficient cause.  If you still think you have a case, then hire an attorney, but I doubt he would take a case like that because even the attorney knows if you got canned and the union was supposed to stop or at least slow the action down, you were rightly termed.
