Krystal International Vacation Club is an obsolute and total fraud and scam. Former Dallas Cowboys Kicker Raphael Septien is one of the ranking managers and he leads the scam. His counterparts Isabel Moctezuma, Mario Vega and others follow his lead in this well produced scam. The latitude 21 resort part of this deal is what it is a bad investment.

I knew there was a chance that it wouldnt pan out like their sales presentation suggested. But the reason I went through with the program was because ICE REWARDS part of the program. This was a program that I had each person confirm with me. The sales pitch is that as part of this deal you can get great rate deal with Hyatt, Hilton, Marriot and others for rooms ranging in price from 29.00 to 59.00 per night anywherein the US and internationally. They would be available in some form or fashion on any date and anytime no restrictions.

They sell you that they are partners with those companies and show you a brochure with their name logo and verbiage that states such. The reason I double and triple checked on this is because this alone would have paid for the entire program over the course of time. As we travel often. However it's a total and complete lie. The hotel prices on the Ice program are worse than you can get on Expedia. When you try and call and get help nobody will talk to you and getting a return email is like finding a needle in a haystack.

When you do get through they say it's limited to specific places and dates and of course they're times and places during times of the year that the weather is bad and nobody would want to go.
