Lasik Vision Institute Doctors vanish Phone numbers disconneted Brookfield Wisconsin

This company performs lasik vision surgery. The lasik vision institute is the parent company and there are affiliated doctors around the country. My surgery was in Brookfield Wisconsin by an affiliated doctor, Dr. Ivan Ireland. The surgery is warranted if you have your eyes checked yearly by an eye doctor. Our check-up doctor (he did not do the surgery), whom was affiliated with the lasik vision institute was located in Green Bay Wisconsin. Well the 4 years after surgery, there has been a different doctor in Green Bay each year. The phone number I called the previous year is always disconnected. You needed to call 4 or 5 places to get a new number for the new doctor in this office.

Well this year, same thing, number not in service. Called 4 different numbers to be told this location is shut down. No longer a doctor affiliated with lasik vision institute north of Brookfield Wisconsin. Fine no huge deal we go back to the original place that did the surgery. Now the problem is where did all those records go from the previous 3 doctors I saw in Green Bay? I bet if I needed surgery covered on the warranty, there would be no record of me getting my yearly exam in Green Bay. The place vanished, no trace left behind. Of course Green Bay is still and always was listed on their website. I got a good surgery at a good price but man this company just seems so shady. Why do their doctors that are affiliated with them alway pick up and leave with never being told? Why cant they call their patients and say "hey we are shutting down but here is another doctor that can help you"?
