Law Investigation Kevin Jones Person called and threatened to have me and my daughter in law arrested. new york, New York

My daughter in law received a call from a Kevin Jones from US Law Investigation, to tell her she was going to be arrested because she was named on a loan. The similar message was left on my phone. He would not give me any information that I was able to understand because of his accent. He was very demanding and very threatening. I told him the I had no idea what he was talking about. I told him since he was harrasing me and my daughter in law over the phone, charges will be filed against him. He didn't seem to mind and proceeded to tell me I was going to be arrested. Now who calls and tell you these things. I figured, If I was being investigated for loan fraud, I would have gotten a notice by mail or someone would come at the door asking questions. The loan was for less than $500. This loan was paid off in 2007. I don't understand why a notice from a collection agency was not sent to my home address. Instead, I get threatening and harrassing phone calls.
