Legal Zoom Deceptive Bill practices Los Angeles Nationwide

Legal Zoom itemizes their bill when formulating a new LLC or Corporation and when they list the bill item, they put an asterisk (*) by the Registered Agent Service so the total is incorrect.  In a footnote, they tell you that your credit card will be charged an additional $159.00 after the LLC becomes legally effective so most people don't see the footnote.  They are hoping you don't check your credit card statement until it's too late.  It's completely deceptive!  They are a complete rip-off!
