Legalzoom Membership Fees charged to my account for over a year! Internet

I went online and ordered a power of attorney to be drawn up before I was to have major surgery in July of 2012. I thought the price was reasonable and the documents looked professional (to my untrained eye).  Initially, I was quite impressed with the service provided.

It's now April 2014 and I discovered that they have been charging me a "membership fee" every month since then.  I simply ordered a POA and received it.  I never requested or wanted to join a membership!

I find this to be unethical and quite honestly I feel like a victim.  I was duped into paying for a service I didn't want or need.
