Went to start our small business with LegalZoom; big mistake!  They have continually overcharged us (double to triple the amount) with "services" I never seen nor heard of; which in turn has put our bank account overdrawn many times.  That and they have "Partner sites" that continually harass you to try and sell you additional "Services".  How the hell is anyone able to get a business going when they're being constantly charged and overcharged for stuff they did not want?  LegalZoom is a bunch of criminals and should be put out of business for what they're doing!!!
