Liberty Power Contract Ripp off chicago, Illinois

On January 19th 2011,
Electric service at the store provided by Ameren Illinois.

I met with a representative for Liberty Power Name Katie Eisenhuth
Whom she said that she can save me money on the store utility bill
if I sign contract with Liberty Power. She requested to look at the
previous bill to show me how much money I can save.

After she revue my bill she told me that am paying .087 per KW
and if I sign today my rate will be .076 per KW and I will be saving
$300.00 to $400.00 per month and I have a witnesse for the meeting.
I trusted her and signed the contract.

Last month with business going slow I felt a problem with the cash flow,
searched through the invoices found out my utility bill is up by average $450.00

I called Ameren ( 1-800-232-2477 ) to see why the big increase, she told
that I used to pay the rate of .062 per KW with Ameren, and when I did the switch
am paying now .076 per KW with Liberty Power, which an increase of .014 per KW.

I called Liberty, and said that I signed a contract and rates can change.
told them that the rate has not been change since I opened and their representative
either did not know what is my actual rate or she had some other reason.

I told them I signed with Liberty to save money and since their representative
entered the wrong power rate am paying higher amount with them than I used to
pay with Ameren.

Liberty Power done a sub lease to my service from Aemren power whom they provide the service, I even called Ameren told them about the rip off Liberty Power doing to me and they could not do nothing.
