liberty power Dishonest Selling Practices Internet

  I was a customer of Direct Energy (3 business and 2 residential accounts) since 2009. Recently a representative came to my store and claimed that he works for Direct Energy and that he wants to sign me for another 12 months - since my first 12 months just passed - for a new, lower fixed rate.  
I agreed, we went through the contract which he was showing me - the main points - and I signed it.  He took the contract with him (along with couple of my invoices) and said he will return them same day. He never did.
A week later I was informed that I signed with Liberty Power. The contract I signed did not have - anywhere - the words Liberty Power.  

I called Direct Energy and they said the best thing is to sign back with them. And I did. But I got a letter a week later from Liberty Power that I will own them $1.055 for early termination.
