Please do not fall for this swcam, they charge you $4.95 shipping for a 30 day money back free trial offer. I did not care for the product myself so emailed them stating I wanted to cancel and where did they want me to send the product back to. I did receive an email from customer service stating they had canceled my order, that was April 9th, last week a $189.00 charge was placed on my credit card. I have tried 3 time to email them with no response. NO NOT fall for this scam!

Unfortunately I cannot see specfically which Patti this customer is because there were several in Memphis. I can say that based off what she wrote, the reason she was billed is because she did return the product in enough time. I dont know her timeframes because without specific information I cant locate her account.
