Lifecell UE-Lifecell My credit card was just charged $189 from this company South Beach, FL Internet

While researching skin care products in August 2014, I came across Lifecell.  I decided since they were offering a sample of their product for only the cost of shipping and handling, I would call and order a sample and try it.  When I called the number I was asked for a credit card number "to cover shipping and handling only."  Of course, wanting to try the product, I gave it.  I quickly received the product in more than adequate packaging.  Then I put it aside and never used it.  My August credit card statement showed a charge of $4.25 which is what I had been told would be the cost of shipping and handling for the sample.  I just got my September credit card statement which was considerably more than it normally is.  Upon looking closer at the purchases listed, I saw a charge of $189 from UE-Lifecell on September 11, 2014.  I did not authorize this charge.  I am proceeding right now with dealing with this fraudulent charge.
