Have tried to surrender my life insurance for 3 months now. They wont give me the cash surrender value of my policy. Was told today by their customer service it would take an additional 20 to 40 days more before I get a check. This is one of the more sleasier outfits out there. Avoid them at all cost. You may lose your money and not be able to get it back.
