LINCOLN FINANCIAL GROUP Causing me a great deal of Pain and Anxiety Omaha Nebraska

I want people who are looking at short term disability provider with Lincoln Financial Group to steer clear of this company. I filed a couple of months ago; i am unable to work due to the medication prescribed by my doctors and because my condition worsens while trying to work through the pain. I am totally unable to work and most days i can't do simple activities. Lincoln is sending me running through hoops to get a payment. They keep asking for doctor statements, notes, etc. No matter what you get them; they are not satisfied. I am trying to figure out exactly how they are an "A" rated company when based on the negative reviews; they are absolutely scum. I am going to follow through on my claims and now preparing to lawyer up. I paid these people every pay period for their coverage and now that I am entitled to the benefits; they are playing with my livelihood. It is a shame and a disgrace how corporations treat their clients. I wouldn't recommend Lincoln to companies that are looking to take care of their employees if and when they require services or benefits. I am totally disgusted with how this big corporation treat their clients. I know exaclty how they gain power and influence and that is by ripping off the people that pay their bills.
