Father buys policy when kids are young.

Years pass and father passes....

Claim is to pay out to daughter...

Daughter does the unthinkable and gets married and CHANGES her last name. Yes they asked why

LFG want this form filled out and notarized and sent overnight..

LFG want that form filled out and notarized and sent overnight

LFG wants a copy of marriage certificate sent overnight. (need to buy FedEx stock, bet LFG already has)

LFG says that is not good enough. (IRS who she works for does)

Now thinking of changing name back for a month to get claim and then change back.
