livecareer.com FREE Resume site is NOT free. Had to pay $1.95 to print and since then the Company has been charging me $40 per month Internet

In March 2014 I found a website, www.livecareer.com, advertising FREE resumes. After spending hours creating my FREE resume I went to email it to myself or print it out and there was $1.95 charge associated with printing and/or emailing. I paid it and never again went to the website nor accessed my supposed account. I have currently been charged a total of $238.80 over a period of 5 months for wanting to print a one page resume that I thought was suppose to be FREE.

I sent an email to customerservice@livecareer.com after I immediately closed the account, that I never knew I even had. I tried the live chat session on their website and they disconnected me stating "You should have read the fine print"! I called and spoke to a representative, a nice man named Gabe (a little difficult at times to understand Gabe, broken English) who informed me that my account had been closed and that they would refund me $119. . . . . ."as a courtesy".  However, the remaining balance owed me would have to be taken up with their billing department. Still waiting. . . . .

I feel as if I have been scammed. I only wished to creat my FREE resume and have now been charged $240!
