LiveCareer.com Resume.com This company displays their charge to do an online resume is free. Once you have finished filling in all your details they then display it will be only $1.95 in BIG words to proceed and recieve your resume. Once you have given them your credit card details thats when they do it. They proceeded to take $8.00 from my account that night ( the only money i had in there!) Then the next day, they proceeded to take $54.00 dollars from my bank. After emailing them i got a reply which said ' we apologise, have now cancelled your credit card and will no longer charge any more money from your account. SCAMS San Francisco California

Im currently disputing this with my bank. I unsubscribed from this website, however am still recieving disturbing emails from them. This company caused me to have yto have my card cut in half, my bank closed, had to get a new account, lost money. This company is a FRAUD and as an Australian resident am discusted. This is a company that are supposed to help you make resume so you can get a job. And by the way, in the end i realised that their resume would be ripped before it was read by ANY employer.
This company advertises free resumes. They then charge you 1.95 after you have filled in details. They get you credit card for the 1.95. The next day the took 8.00 from my bank then the day after that they took 54.00 dollars from my bank. I quickly cancelled my card for fear they would do it again. They refused to pay my money back so I had to dispute them which takes around 120 days. These people proceeded to email me after cancellation of my subscription because they knew I was after my money back. This company is a FRAUD and I wouldn't advise anyone to use them. As an Australian resident I'm disgusted. Sorry but you recieved my entire account details in an email-twice. You have NO excuse for not paying my money back. So dont complain when you get bad feedback. Your feedback is your own call...

Let this company be aware they will continue to be disputed by my bank. Also this company recently sent me emails again- Anna B saying that if i gave them the last 4 digits of my card number they would return my money. However when i tried to return that email it came back saying DRAFT. So they simply blocked my email. How pathetic can you get ??? Just piss off you RIPPOFF SCAMS N DONT COME BACK. DISPICABLE !!!!!

The free account gives you the ability to try out the Resume Builder to get a feel for how it works, and see what it has to offer before deciding to purchase. There is no cost to TRY it out. At this time we do offer free text (.txt) download of your resume. But if you would like a professionally formatted version you need to subscribe.
We also explain that the subscription is auto-renewing. We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.
