livecareer.com Scam, DO NOT USE!!! Internet

I began using this resume service in June, 2011.  They charged me $48 a month to access and send my resume and cover letter to various possible employers.  I sent an email to customer service in August 2011 cancelling my account.  I got no reply but I'm finding now that that is what they do to everyone that cancels--do not reply and continue to charge.  I made the mistake of not noticing on my credit card charges that they continued to withdrawal $48 a month without my authorization.  In April, 2012, I purchased a "professionally written resume" from livecareer.com for $160.00.  Several days later they sent me an unusable four page resume (going against  their own advice of use one page) that  I showed a friend who works at a placement agency and she just laughed.  She said they would never accept it nor would anyone.  I responded to customer service that I would not accept thsi resume and they said someone would respond in 1 day, never happened.  It was at this time I noticed the unauthorized charges that were being illegally withdrawn for nine months.  They owe me a total of $592.00 and I am reporting them to every federal agency that could possibly shut these scammers down.  Cannot find any phone number or possible way to reach their billing department.  Please if anyone has information, respond, and anyone that is considering them do not use!!!!!
