Oct 2014. Install of laminate through lumber liquidators using installer of lumber liquidators. before install was even finished the laminate was lifting. Within 2 months a filed a complaint with LL. Third party home services now involved. They sent installer to look at flooring. Installer reported back to them it is bad product. I get a letter staing its a moisture or lack of or humidy and installer fault. installer wants to resolve but can't untill I sign an agreement relaxing LL of all warranties and negative reviews. also want me to pay for repairs!! Unreal. Not a moisture issue here it's just baddddd product. A class action is needed.
