lumber liquidators bellwood Brazilian cherry flaws piitsburgh Pennsylvania

I purchased Bellawood Brazillian Cherry 3/4 x5" flooring.  About a year after the install, football shapes "plugs" commonly used on plywood started to show up.  I have repeatable contacted lumber liquidators, they in turn sent me a claim form.  I completed the claim form and submitted pictures, lot no.s etc.  it has been several months and there has ben no contact other than an acknowledgement they received my claim and some one would be in touch within 48 hours.  Every time I send an inquiry, I receive the same 48 promise of a response.  I tried calling them but get sent to a voicemail box that gives instructions on how to file a claim.  Look beyond the product..... 100 year warranty, bob villa?  What good is it if the company doesn't stand behind it?  Shop elsewhere!
