sold me a glue down wood floor which the installer  blowing me off for 2 days finally started installing the floor but it was defective as there were wide spacing between the boards so the installers torn it out now they called me that spacing is very common in glue laded floors but why did they not tell in presales or I would of not put the floor in then they  rip out the floor that was laid and said I told  which is a lie and I have a witness confirming that as when it issue came up  from the installer about the issue they said it the gaps could be sealed with putty so I called the company who refused to lower the price due to the substandard  job so they ripped out and took the glues wood and they tried to say I told them to do it which is a lie so no floor no kithen
