Just a warning.... Do not purchase clearance items unless you are prepared to take a loss on them. Lumber Liquidators has a policy that there are no returns on Clearance items EVEN IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE. I purchased $400 dollars worth of a clearance peel and stick vinyl where I discovered that the pieces are slightly warped lengthwise. Also, be aware that with many of their products they don't know anything about how they should be installed or compatibility. In this case, not even the company that manufactures Tranquility Resilient Flooring knows what underlayment or leveling compounds are compatible with their product.

The problems are not worth the cheaper price.
